A 501(c)3 Non-Profit Organization

The Kappa Foundation of Cary (“KFOC”) was established in 2009 as a non-profit, tax-exempt, publicly supported organization. The Foundation exists as the philanthropic arm of the Cary (NC) Alumni Chapter of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, Incorporated. The purpose of KFOC is to foster the intellectual, ethical, social, and moral development of young people in North Carolina, with special emphasis on disadvantaged African American young men in Western Wake County (NC) and the Research Triangle Park (RTP) area. This purpose leads us to these three core focuses: Guide Right Programs (Youth Mentorship and Leadership through Community Service; Health & Wellness, etc.), KFOC Scholars Program (Scholarships) and Shop With A Kappa.
